What's the best food I've ever had?

I've been around the world and enjoy fine cuisine. I have had several meals that come to mind...


1) Best Italian - Pomodoro Fresca dish at Il Bancino in Florence, Italy
2) Best French - ten course dinner at Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France
3) Best seafood - Victoria City in Hong Kong (Chow Yun Fat's fave restaurant)
4) The seared scallops with foie gras at Aqua in San Francisco
5) The miso & black bean steamed Chilean sea bass at Nobu in New York
6) Valentino's in Los Angeles
7) Rodoballo (turbot with tomato sauce) in Barcelona
8) The salt-baked fish at La Dorada in Madrid
9) Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with Lobster at the Righa Royal Hotel in New York
10) Lucky Creation - a hole in the wall Chinese vegetarian restaurant in San Francisco that is absolutely sublime

However, the absolute best meal of my entire life has to be my Mom's home cooking... my parents were from the Silk Road province in northwest China, an amazing blend of Chinese and Middle Eastern cuisines, flavors, tastes!
